London, February 10: Women who are good in bed, are also likely to be good in office. Orgasms are not just about the thrill, they can improve your career as well as your general health, claims an expert.
Women who enjoy regular highs in their sex life are more likely to hit career highs, plus they are expected to have great health.
However, men do not enjoy similar benefits of orgasms.
Psychologist Dr Lisa Turner has said that while an orgasm may drain the energy out of a man, it empowers a woman and gives her clarity of thought. The right type of orgasm will “massively increase your energy,” said Turner, known as the ‘orgasm coach’.
“Women who orgasm regularly are healthier, can think more clearly and are more likely to be successful at work,” she said.
So, should the sexually superior start adding their bedroom achievements on their CV? No, says Turner. “I work with lots of businesswomen who want to achieve more success in business and often, this is the primary stumbling block in their path”, she said.
Also, according to Turner, regular orgasms make females more attractive and appealing to the opposite sex. “People are naturally attracted to energy. In fact, most power is achieved through sexual energy (think Nigella Lawson and Hilary Clinton). Powerful women have an ‘X’ factor that goes beyond looks.”
A good orgasm will make you “feel more vital, healthy, and energized” but a large majority of women stay far from it. Studies, in the past, have suggested that as many as 28 per cent of women rarely, or never, achieve full orgasm.
Many-a-times they fake it.
Women, seeking a boost in their health and concentration should better concentrate on reaching the highest state of sexual pleasure. But hey! Don’t stop enjoying your regular sex life in contemplation of an orgasm.
