German luxury car manufacturer BMW has launched the all new 7-Series in the Indian car industry. It was unveiled at the BMW Studio at Janpath in Delhi. The 7-Series will be supported with three models – 730Ld, 740Li and 750Li.

BAYERISCHE MOTOREN Werke (BMW), the German luxury car manufacturer launched the all new 7-Series in the Indian car industry. The high class saloon with stylish design and supreme engineering was unveiled at the BMW Studio at Janpath in Delhi.

In India the 7-Series will be supported with three models – 730Ld, 740Li and 750Li. 730Ld will be available in the car market by immediately whereas, the 740Li and 750Li will start its sales only by mid 2009.

According to Peter Kronschnabl, president, BMW India, “The launch of BMW 7-Series will be marked as a new era in automobile design. Pioneering innovations, stylish design, luxurious comfort and elegant functionality of the all-new BMW 7-Series offers a superior driving experience quite unlike anything else in the luxury class. The objective of the company is to convert the fifth generation of the 7-Series into the most successful one of all time.”

The 750Li will carry the price tag of Rs 93,30,000 countrywide (ex-showroom). (The ex-showroom price excludes road transport office (RTO) registration charges, tax, insurance, handling charges; Octroi and entry tax if applicable) and is available in BMW dealerships across India. However, the prices of the 740Li and 730Ld will be revealed at the time of their launch.
