Lakhs of students in Orissa who have appeared in the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Class 12 examination in 2008 can easily check their results via Reliance mobile phones.
Reliance Mobile wants all the students to get the score as soon as possible through their Reliance handset as the official results’ website could run slow because of high traffic.
The pupils can access the results on their Reliance handsets either through voice portal by dialing 51234 815, which would cost 2.40 INR per minute. The results can also be seen at the Reliance mobile’s unique educational portal by dialing 53030 815 that is priced at Rs 2.40 per minute.
The students can also check their results in detail by clicking on Reliance Mobile World>Exam Result>Get Results and entering their exam roll number.
In a declaration, the company said that “Exam Results’ on Reliance Mobile World is a popular application that registers millions of viewership each year.
Krishna Durbha, Head, VAS Sales and Marketing, Applications, Solutions and Content Group, Reliance Communications Limited, stated, “Students and parents very anxiously await the declaration of results and they very much need a convenient way to get detailed information. I am sure, the students who had taken the exam could now know how they fared by literally clicking a button.”
Moreover, the service also let students to access results of other examinations held by different state boards.
It will also provide results of medical and engineering entrance examinations after their declaration.
