NAGPUR: Low-cost airlines Simplifly Air Deccan will launch its daily flights to Bangalore and Indore from Nagpur’s Dr Ambedkar International Airport from March 30.

The Nagpur-Indore flight will take off from Nagpur at 11.50 am and the return flight will take off at 1.10 pm. The Nagpur-Bangalore flight will take off from Nagpur at 2.30 pm and the return flight will take off at 9.40 pm.

The airlines will charge Rs 774 (plus taxes) as the minimum basic airfare on the Indore sector and Rs 674 (plus taxes) on Bangalore sector.


Presently another low-cost airlines IndiGo is operating a flight on Nagpur-Bangalore sector, while Kingfisher Airlines operates on the Nagpur-Indore sector. “Air Deccan may also start Nagpur-Pune flights soon,” an airlines official added.
