Book a Deccan ticket on Air Deccan website www.airdeccan.net from November 21 to November 25, 2007 and travel between November 21 to December 20, 2007.
100 lucky winners can book unlimited no of tickets for travel between January 10 to March 30, 2008.
Taxes & Surcharges as applicable need to be paid by the winner for every free ticket booked under this scheme.
How can I book and avail of this offer ?
To avail this offer, you need to book you ticket through www.airdeccan.net. Only when you book your ticket through Air Deccan website, will you be eligible for this offer.
Fly Unlimited : Terms and Conditions
1. All passengers who book their air tickets from November 21 2007 to November 25 2007 exclusively on www.airdeccan.net, for travel between November 21 and Decmber 20 2007, will be eligible to participate in this offer.
Tickets booked with valid email id’s and mobile no’s only will be eligible.
2. 100 passengers will be selected on basis of a lucky draw and the winners will be announced by December 25th 2007. Winners will be intimated by email and phone.
3. Taxes & surcharge as applicable will be borne by the winners.
4. The passenger can redeem the free ticket for travel between January 10 2008 and March 20 2008. To undertake the free travel, all winners will have to book at least 15 days in advance of their travel date.
5. This offer is non transferable.
6. Only rescheduling of the ticket is possible, as per existing rescheduling policies. Once a ticket is rescheduled, it will be treated as a normal passenger ticket. This Free Ticket, once redeemed cannot be cancelled.
7. Tickets will be issued subject to availability
8. To redeem the free tickets, the winner needs to book with the same credit card used while doing the original booking.
9. Deccan has all the rights to cancel the free tickets in case the travel request is found incorrect.
10. Tickets cancelled under this scheme are non refundable.
11. Certain sectors and dates are excluded and the winners will not be able to redeem the offer against these nominated sectors and dates.
12. The “Fly Unlimited” offer cannot be combined with any other Package / Scheme.
13. Deccan Management decision with regards to issuing free tickets will be final and binding.
Employees of Deccan, its families, associates & partners are not eligible to participate in this offer.
14. Any legal disputes pertaining to this offer, the courts within the territorial jurisdiction of Bangalore only will have the jurisdiction to entertain and decide the same.
