After stopping at a Waffle House, Kid Rock gets into a fight with customer.
Kid Rock is once again arrested after a fight broke out at a Waffle House restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. The musician, along with band members, stopped at the eatery after his performance at the Tabernacle in Atlanta.
Rock and a female friend were recognized by a male customer. The customer then exchanged words with her, which escalated to a physical altercation between Kid Rock and the customer. As the fight moved outside to the parking lot, the customer punched out a restaurant window.
Kid Rock and about five of his band members quickly got back into their tour bus but later stopped by the police. All members of the band, including Kid Rock were taken into custody.
Arrested and charged with a battery, Kid Rock made bail 12 hours later and has left the state.
The other customer had more serious charges, a felony from damaging the property at the Waffle House restaurant. The customer was also treated at a local Atlanta hospital for cuts and bruises. No one from Kid Rock’s group was hospitalized.
Kid Rock is getting into a lot of brawls lately; first it was the incident at the MTV Video Music Awards with Tommy Lee, now he’s fighting at local Waffle Houses at 5am in the morning. There’s no need to be a hero, Kid Rock.
